Short Sale with Suntrust
I have tried to sell my home for tree years my taxes keep going up I am the only one working full time. i have two teenage boys and a wife my payment with second mortgage is over 1400 dollars not counting gas and electric, trash, water bil, food carpayment etc....

Suntrust is no help to stop foreclosure
In June of 2009 my then husband moved out. He was dealing with addictions that he could not maintain and I had been hurt enough to last a lifetime. At that point we were both still contributing to the marital property. That didn’t last very long; only until fall.

Loan Modification with Suntrust
I received a NOD two months ago. I have gotten the run around and I am at the end of my rope. I pray everyday that God will send me an angel. I need help quickly to avoid losing my house.

Does Suntrust do loan modification?
We have submitted all of our documents for loan modification recently and still have received no acknowledgment from Suntrust. We are on the verge of walking out.

Loan Modification Intimidation by Suntrust
I submitted a Request for Loan Modification but it was denied by Suntrust. Before I sent the request for modification, I was communicating with a loan officer and was trying to establish a down payment to get back on track but the supervisor called.

Loan Modification with Suntrust
Have been trying to my loan modified with Suntrust since March of 2009. They would not do anything for me in March, so I enlisted the help of a local state of Ohio agency.

3's Comnpany and in Foreclosure
My wife and I along with my brother bought our primary home for $405k at a 30year fixed. We are currently paying $3519 per month and At the time we bought the home,we were told that we could refinance after a year.

Suntrust will not respond to me, now I am in Foreclosure
I simply can't get through to Suntrust. I sent them a financial profiler in the end of December, and realized it has been over a month since I heard anything. I am cleaning out my retirement account in order to get back up to date, but might need help.
