They have not contacted me, do you think they will forget about it?
Come April we will owe four payments to the mortgage company. my wife is currently the only one employed. my question is i have a settlement coming in April i was just wandering if they will take my home before the end of April,even though they have not contacted me about foreclosure.
My neighborhood was too rough and I left... what now?
I'm no longer in my home in FL. I gave up, the neighborhood was to rough for me, and I didn't have any one I could count on to help with repairs, or upgrades.

I did what Suntrust said now they refuse to help me
My mortgage is through SunTrust. I provided a hardship letter along with doctors' letters, after my son's accident. I was off work without pay to care for him. Then my former company merged and our pay schedules were off, causing me to lose a week's worth of pay. All this was provided to SunTrust.

It is very rare we can get a hold of Suntrust to try and work something out
My husband had three surgeries last year and his company fired him. He then got another job and lost that one, also. During that time, we used all of our savings and cashed in all of our 401k's.

My home is being ripped from me by Suntrust
I had refinanced in November of 06. During last year I was making payments to the company and then I was told that the company wasn't around anymore and that I had all these lates. Then, I talked with some guy from involved in the mortgage and he said to stop making payments to that company.

I have a foreclosure date coming up soon, I need to set something up with Suntrust
The money they want me to come up with $5800.00 I just don't have. I would like to have a loan modification if possible, I don't want to forget about the payments I am behind, but if I could be on a longer payment plan that will make my monthly payments smaller or something.
