Was unemployed for 6 months. Have been trying to keep up on bills but has not been possible. Next month will start earning my manager salary and will hopefully start to catch up. But Beneficial says they need lump sum of $12,000+ or foreclosure.

I AM CURRENTLY BEHIND ABOUT 60 DAYS. I AM WAITING TO SEE IF I GET A LOAN MODIFICATION. IN THE MEAN TIME I HAVE RECEIVED A NOTICE TO ACCELERATE BUT I WAS TOLD BY MY MORTGAGE COMPANY TO DISREGARD THIS ITS A LETTER THAT'S GENERALLY MAILED OUT BUT DOESN'T PERTAIN TO ME SINCE I AM IN REVIEW.

We had a down time in our business last year and missed a lot of payments. We now can easily afford the payments with a forbearance plus a good faith payment if needed. The bank say's that the only thing they will do is reinstate. Is there any help with Chase?

Worked with Litton Loan to do a LOAN MODIFICATION. They are crooked and corrupt! Outrageous. Need help. They keep lying to people and then taking their homes. Can you Help? We are currently working with the State of North Carolina for help. State FORECLOSURE PREVENTION PROGRAM.

I was approved for a temporary loan modification but then HSBC said it was a mistake and that I did not qualify for Obama's HAMP Program. Apparently, I make too much money and personal financial problems are not "their" issue. I have tried to work with them and they are unbelievably rude.

We have a received at this time a foreclosure date from Select Portfolio. We tried to work this out but we are not able to come up with the money to do a plan. They wanted us to enter into an agreement if we brought to the table $7,687.00 approx.

I am interested in information concerning stopping the foreclosure of my home. I desperately need to avoid foreclosure. My bank is America's Servicing Company/Wells Fargo and I have been working through them.

I have had the home up for sale on and off for 3 years. My husband died July 16 2009. I now don't have enough income and am living on insurance. Is a loan modification with Citi Mortgage right for me? What can I do to save our home?
