I have been looking for help with National City to stop the foreclosure
I tried to work with an area agency in October was just told last week they couldn't help me.

I think I am in over my head and now in jeopardy of foreclosure with National City
I closed on a construction loan 5/2006 and it modified to perm on 12/29/06. This is really a struggle for me, as I must now admit that I've gotten in over my head. There are several things that contributed to getting off pace. In march, my son was terribly ill and in the hospital for over two weeks.

Our lifestyle had adjusted to overtime income, now that has been cut and we need help
I lost almost all of my over time in November, December and I was pretty much living on my overtime. I may have gotten 3 hours or so overtime here and there but Im used to working 20 hours over.

Can I get a Partial Claim?
I have tried to work with my lender back in early August of this year through a partial FHA claim. I just got a letter on November 18, 2007 that states a deficit of income. I have talked with a bankruptcy attorney about Chapter 13.

I have received calls from people saying they bought my house... is this true?
