Bailouts of the Foreclosures, will that fix the problem?
Is a bailout the answer??? For the short term then probably yes... for the long term, I am not sure this is anyway to correct the problem. It is too easy to throw money at a problem and hope it will go away. What we really need to look at is why so many people are in foreclosure.

This is what we like to see⦠people being punished for victimizing homeowners that are in foreclosure. We are contacted daily with people that tell us they were promised a refinance and were told not to make the mortgage payment.

Mortgage fraud is becoming an epidemic
Why would a lender provider mortgage to someone who can't afford it? Because the lender gets paid up front and in some cases the original lender will sell the loan outright to another mortgage company for an additional fee.
