Please help me, help them take my home
I want to give he house in Napa Valley, California back to the bank and not foreclose. I do not want my credit to be ruined, but I cannot sell my house now and haven't been able to though it has been listed for nearly a year.

We lost a family memeber and now may lose the house
The other home owner, was out of work for a period of time in August due to illness and we got a little late with payments. Then we had a death in the family for which we were responsible for the funeral expenses. That caused us to get further behind on house payments.
