I received notification that my home is in foreclosure. I have sent all the necessary documents to Litton and have received recorded messages from them. However when I try to call back all I get is a voice mail and no return call. HELP

I fell behind when I wasn't working, but now GMAC says I make too much money to re negotiate my terms. They told me today my house was going up for sale. Can I get a repayment plan like a forbearance or FHA partial claim?

My loan was moved from Taylor Bean & Whitaker to Cenlar. I don't know anything about them. I sure hope they are better than TBW. I was trying to get a forbearance, loan modification, or some other repayment plan so I can avoid foreclosure. I don't want to do a bankruptcy and ruin my credit.

We are not behind in our payments yet. We have been struggling to keep paying them and for the first time in January we were late and tried to seek help from our mortgage company. They said there was nothing they could do. We just want help to avoid having to go into foreclosure.

Our time is running out and I do not know where we will go. Nobody wants to rent to people with bad credit and pets. We have very old dogs and old horses that we love very much. Rescue organizations are bursting at the seams here in Michigan and will not take anymore pets.

Presently we are in a ARM and the mortgage was increased by $150 in December 2008. We were able to afford the home until a two income household became one. We were able to maintain somewhat until our mortgage increased.

we have tried to work with EMC and they have put us on payments in 6 month plans but the amount is way too high and they will not reduce or refinance.

Mortgage was shared between me and my spouse and we separated. I was not able to keep up with payments on my own at first and the payments racked up. The agreement made with the bank was just to high to keep up with.

I contacted EMC Modification Department in January 2008 about ARM increase due to take effect in March 2008 and that there would be no way I could make the new payments.I was told by EMC Modification Agent Cory/Tamara that Modification paperwork would be sent to me in 2-3 business days.
