National City forced escrow
Settled on Nov.2007 by July 2008 I was told by National City I didn't have enough in my escrow to pay my taxes by $4000.00 and I had to start paying $100.00 extra added to my mortgage and addl $1276.00 along with my July mortgage $2235.00 with 2 weeks notice. Now my mortgage is $2335.00.

Partial Claim with Bank of America
I bought my home for my 4 children and myself. I lost my job of 8 years in January 2009. I kept making payments with savings and unemployment benefits. I called once a month to Countrywide to inform them that I was looking for work and if they had any options available.

I need a loan modification with Wells Fargo
Husband and I have been separated for 8 years during which time he remained in the home and paid the bills. Approx last fall, 2009, he found out he had cancer and had to under chemo and radiation. After a month of this he determined that he could not afford the house.

Help with Forbearance with Bank of America
My original amt of payment is 2900, but because we fell behind and the only agreement Bank of America was willing to make with us to save our home was to double the amount to 6300 starting in October of last year. We were able to afford it until my job cut all overtime to save everybody jobs.

Is it better to let my house go?
We tried several times to get a loan modification with Indymac and even submitted a complaint to the Office of Thrift Supervision. They made a determination that it was more costly to help us remodify our loan than to let our house go on foreclosure. I don't understand this, it does not make sense.

I think Wilshire is stalling just to try and get my home.
Wilshire was supposed to be modifying. They have lost my paperwork several times. Last Friday I was told that they needed additional. I told them you have all the information they need. I really want out of this financial institution to have another start.

I want to sell the home to avoid foreclosure and GMAC will not let me
I am willing to sell the home and I have a buyer, however, the company denied a request to hold off the foreclosure stating they are not willing to take that risk in accumulating more legal fees. They said the only option is to reinstate the loan.

I helped someone out... now I need help with Popular Mortgage
The property is in Washington DC. I purchased it to save a co-worker from being evicted when her mother fell behind on the mortgage and went into foreclosure. The plan was to sell it back to my co-worker a month later.

Cancer and foreclosure... not a good time for this
I lost my job due to illness (brain tumor). I spoke with a Specialist and she said that they will help me repay the past due. Is there a way they can restructure the loan? please help.

I was a victim in a lending scam
I fell behind in my payments due to a refinance scam. I also was caring for 2 elderly aunts, both of whom passed away this year. I paid for their funerals and have been attempting catch up ever since. I'd like to modify my loan to keep my house.
