My husband works in Suadi and our home is being foreclosed on in New Orleans
My husband works in Saudi. He was making very good money at first, working a lot of overtime. They cut his hours, then we had a claim filed against us in New Orleans. We were leasing a home there when Katrina hit. We lost almost everything.

This house is breaking my back and forcing me into foreclosure
My husband was injured and had to undergo major back surgery. At the time of his injury we were in the process of starting our own business. This has caused us to fall behind on our mortgage and our home is in foreclosure.

Can someone help me?
I got married in june 2001. My husband was a gunite pool contractor.Later in 2001 I was told I needed both hips replaced. In 2002 my husband was diagnosed with lung cancer. I had to take over the business alone. I lost my health insurance, we had no life insurance and he passed away in Jan 2003.

If you delay... your home will be sold.
If you get a letter from a Sheriff telling to get out of the house... you have waited too long. If your home is sold at an auction then the next step is to get an eviction letter from the sheriff. There is very little that can be done if your home has already been auctioned.

This is an actual comment from a client:
"I became ill during the month of June, 2006 and had to miss a month of work. I work on a base salary + commission. This month off significantly decreased my income and took months to build back up.
