How long is the foreclosure process in Texas?
I got a letter from Litton warning of possible foreclosure action, when I called they already referred the case to their lawyers. I called their law office and they asked me to fax a request for reinstatement with an answer expected this Monday. I don't know the Foreclosure Laws.

Does 19 years of homeownership mean anything to Litton?
I have owned my home for 19 years and recently been struggling financially just like everybody else. Litton Loan has served me with foreclosure papers and are it's very frustrating and stressful to try and work something out with them.

Does anyone know what this new Obama plan to stop foreclosure will do for me?
We have tried to work with Litton on a loan mod but they keep turning us down and do not give us a reason, They told us to send 4000.00 dollars and sign up for a repayment plan then when the Obama plan comes out we can try for a new modification. we do not know what else to do

Hi, our situation is unique in that we are in a mobile home that we bought in 2006 at 305,000 with a rented space rent of 340.00 a month ( with other adds each month the space rent is @ 750.

Can we extend the life of the loan with Litton
This is my dads house, he is 74 and has worked everyday of his life until he was injured, so he is having a hardship at this time but my husband is navy and we can make the payments just not the past due pymts and fees, until daddy can wk again, the pymt is 414.73 + 192.56, we want a morg.

I need a realistic repayment plan set up with Litton
I desperately need help with working out a realistic re-payment plan. The one that was created for me last month does not allow for unexpected expenses. The payment increased by over $600 a month with a $3500 down payment. I have two small children and an elderly parent and need my home.

We are stuggling here... does anyone care?
We have two loans, 80%/20% split and are only two months behind on the large mortgage, The small mortgage is 4 or more but they have not talked about foreclosure with us. We have a balloon payment on the second mortgage at the end but we are un-sure on when the end is.

I need some advice from someone who has been in this position
1st Mortgage-$363,000 2nd Mortgage- $89,500 SUMMARY • originally purchased as a primary residence in 2004. • refinanced in Aug. 2008 due to a pending personal lawsuit against me (took equity out). • moved to another part of town Oct. 2008.

I have managed to avoid foreclosure once but I am still in trouble
My loan just keeps going up, I have pulled it out of foreclosure once already last summer and now the payment has gone up over $300.00. My credit score is so bad from a recent divorce and the fact that I have been late on my mortgage payments that NO ONE it seems is willing to refinance me.
