What is the best way to get your loan current with Chase?
We are now 3 months behind on our loan and owe several years of back taxes. We have arranged a sale of some of our property to catch up the back taxes, however the bank that owns the mortgage is stopping the sale.

I need help getting a Loan Modification because of a recent divorce
I went thru a divorce last year, tried to refinance, tried to obtain a LOAN MODIFICATION. Was not successful on either of those. My payments have always been on time, however, it has been a struggle.

The bankruptcy payments they put me on to avoid foreclosure are getitng me in big trouble
I have an adjustable rate mortgage, i tried the bankrupcy workout thing last year filing chapter 13. the BR payment plus the mortage plus all the other rising cost of everything else put me behind again. You helped me once, i'm praying you can help me again.

This has been one big snowball
We have 2 mortgages because when we purchased the house they did it 80/20 (80% one 1st and 20% on 2nd). We got behind and what started out being 1 1/2 months behind snowballed. We don't want to lose our home! We've continued to pay on the 2nd mortgage.

I can't get them to respnd to me
Had unexpected expenses arise. I spoke to Country wide and they said they would look into a solution and get back to me, but never did.
