Forbearance to avoid foreclosure with Indymac
I have been talking to Indymac about a repayment plan/forbearance, but I always get different responses on the repayment plan.

Loan Modification with One West
I have an unusual situation. My father age 88 is on the mortgage. We both are on the deed. At the time we purchase in 2000, he was living in the house, but has been traveling so isn't here a lot. I tried to do a loan modification with IndyMac/One West but was just denied.

I need a loan modification with One West
I am behind due to just too many unexpected expenses; less hours at my second job, and less extra duty hours/pay from my teaching job. I have a loan modification application through Indymac/One West I just filled out. Should I be doing another or see what happens with that?

One West will foreclose
I have had a loss of a spouse, which caused a loss of income and funeral expenses and more. My daughter has now moved in with me to assist with the payments, but neither one of us has money for the arrears. One West is going to foreclose on me if I can't get a loan modification. Please help.

I need loan modifiation with One West
I received foreclosure notice from Houston, TX based attorneys office and foreclose on me. I want to keep home. I already tried to get a loan modification with IndyMac, who is now One West and received notice a few days ago that we did not qualify for the HAMP program.

FINANCIAL CHANGES, NEED LOAN MODIFICATION WITH ONE WEST
DUE TO FINANCIAL CHANGES, I'VE BEEN BEHIND ON MY MTG..I CALLED INDYMAC WHO IS NOW ONE WEST TO SEE IF I QUALIFY FOR A LOAN MODIFICATION AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT I DONT AND DID NOT OFFER ME NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE TO HELP.

Foreclosure vs Short Sale
We have not paid in almost 3 months on our first and second mortgages. We're looking into doing a short sale of our home. Need advice on tax and financial liability implications on this action. Also would like to know which action foreclosure vs short sale is right for our situation.

Does Indymac/One West give loan modifications?
I am now on a Trial Period Plain with Indymac/One West. But I heard that they have not given a loan modification to anyone yet.

Is it better to let my house go?
We tried several times to get a loan modification with Indymac and even submitted a complaint to the Office of Thrift Supervision. They made a determination that it was more costly to help us remodify our loan than to let our house go on foreclosure. I don't understand this, it does not make sense.
