God is on control... we trust that
We are at our wits end with this situation. We have lived in our home for 15 years and this is taking an emotional toll on us. There have been circumstance beyond our control with the economy and we just don't know where to turn.

What does the summons mean?
I have been served with a summons for foreclosure and am going to file deed in lieu of foreclosure but am not sure what steps I need to take and can not afford a lawyer if it is not necessary.

I can't afford the repayment plan they set up fpr me
We have tried so very hard to do the repayment plans with Homecomings. There's a problem with that though. Every time we do the repayment plan with them they raise the amount every time making it even harder. We can afford 900 or a little more a month.

I am intemidated by the foreclosure and by First Horizon
I am behind on mortgage payments due to job loss 7/2/2007 and separation/ divorce with my wife no longer contributing towards home payment. I was only 2 months behind when I entered information for consideration for First Horizon's workout program on 10/1/2007.

I have not heard back from Option One, is that good or bad?
My husband and I filled out a hardship letter and have not heard back from our mortgagee company, Our home was build in 2006. We went through credit counseling then after being turned down for a loan.

Foreclosure has started, is there anything that can be done with Chase now?
Unfortunately we got behind on our payments about a year ago and have been playing catch up ever since. My husband's pay was cut substantially. He is the home construction sales and the business had been very slow.

I need a repayment plan I can afford
I had a workout plan that would have sent my payment to 1800.00 un-affordable for 18 months. I then contacted foreclosure assistance with little response to my situation in June. I am now speaking again with Countrywide about a partial claim. I am uneducated in the process of partial claim though.

How can I get my payment out of holding account?
I switched jobs and took a cut in pay but i now have a part time job too. I thought they were taking part of my house payment out every two weeks but they weren't. I sent in a partial payment and they have it in holding they didn't apply it towards my loan.

Is it too late to save our home?
I lost my job due to a workers comp injury was without any pay for 9 months then now I am working doing my own in home daycare and my husband has found a good job. We want to save our home. But are afraid it is too late.
