I want foreclosure help
I would like to restructure or modify my mortgage to a more manageable monthly payments. I don't want to have to do bankruptcy and ruin my credit. All I want is some foreclosure help to get a loan modification that will lower my interest rate.

We need help with a Forbearance
The biggest problem is when the economy crashed last year, we were cut in hours which is when it became a struggle to get the payments in on time.

I have tried to work something out with Homcomings but can't get it done
We tried and tried to get Homecomings to work with us when our rate was to go up. They sent me a letter saying that I didn't seem to have a problem making the payment of 1708.00 a month, so they would not work with us. We had to file bankruptcy because they would help us out.

They want us to pay this huge amount monthly in a repayment plan, we can't afford that much
The amount the bank wants us to pay on top of the monthly payment is NOT what we can afford! We owe about $2500.00 in back payments. We don't want to lose our home !! We have four kids at home so $1,000.00+ a month payments are not possible!!

God is on control... we trust that
We are at our wits end with this situation. We have lived in our home for 15 years and this is taking an emotional toll on us. There have been circumstance beyond our control with the economy and we just don't know where to turn.

What does the summons mean?
I have been served with a summons for foreclosure and am going to file deed in lieu of foreclosure but am not sure what steps I need to take and can not afford a lawyer if it is not necessary.

I can't afford the repayment plan they set up fpr me
We have tried so very hard to do the repayment plans with Homecomings. There's a problem with that though. Every time we do the repayment plan with them they raise the amount every time making it even harder. We can afford 900 or a little more a month.

I am intemidated by the foreclosure and by First Horizon
I am behind on mortgage payments due to job loss 7/2/2007 and separation/ divorce with my wife no longer contributing towards home payment. I was only 2 months behind when I entered information for consideration for First Horizon's workout program on 10/1/2007.

I have not heard back from Option One, is that good or bad?
My husband and I filled out a hardship letter and have not heard back from our mortgagee company, Our home was build in 2006. We went through credit counseling then after being turned down for a loan.

Foreclosure has started, is there anything that can be done with Chase now?
Unfortunately we got behind on our payments about a year ago and have been playing catch up ever since. My husband's pay was cut substantially. He is the home construction sales and the business had been very slow.
