Partial Claim with Wells Fargo
I've been trying to work with Wells Fargo to get help with a partial claim for a while. At this time I am in foreclosure and trying my hardest to keep my home. So can anybody please help me and my husband accomplish that? Thank You.

GMAC isn't helping
Death of Husband caused me to be extremely late, and payment was at one time 450.00.. now with late charges taxes. they had raised to 1400.00 my financial situation has changed and can make about 800.

Loan Modification with US Bank
Since November 2009, worked on a loan modification making the trial payments. Recently US Bank called us directly to do final paperwork. Was denied loan modification because monthly expenses didn't exceed their level.

Forbearance with Saxon
I would very much like to remain in my home as I have a young son. I believe my financial situation has stabilized now and I can make the monthly payments. I am more than willing to set up a repayment plan or forbearance for the amount I am delinquent.

I was laid off but now I can afford my loan now
I was unemployed due to lay-off from October 2009 to February 2010 and simply want to catch up on my original loan. Bank of America doesn't seem to be too helpful and are quick to foreclose. I don't need a loan mod, just a repayment plan like a forbearance, but need to stop foreclosure immediately.

My husband was unemployed from July 2009 to March 2010, which is why we fell behind. I have been working with Bank of America since November 2009 for assistance. I have sent them the requested documents multiples times over the past 7 months.

I need a loan modification with One West
I am behind due to just too many unexpected expenses; less hours at my second job, and less extra duty hours/pay from my teaching job. I have a loan modification application through Indymac/One West I just filled out. Should I be doing another or see what happens with that?

Short sale or deed in lieu of foreclosure with Wells Fargo?
We do not want to keep this house. A loss of a job has made it very difficult to make the payments. Our credit card debt is growing due to being unable to make adequate payments. WE have closed all accounts except one, which my husband has to keep for travel for his employer.

Loan Modification with Homeq
I've been in the process of trying to apply for a loan modification through Homeq for the past 6 months. It has gotten declined twice. Once because they made a mistake on my income. The 2nd was because they were claiming that my address is not my primary residence, which is false.
