How loan does a Loan Modification take with HomEq
I need to get a resolution as quickly as possible. I would like to get my loan modified, and am currently behind roughly 9000.00 (this amount includes prior attorney fees when foreclosure was started in the past). I had a repayment agreement before and that stopped the foreclosure before.

Do I have to send them the down payment before I get the loan modification... I don't trust them.
I have set up a loan modification plan with homeq but i have read how many people have sent them a down payment for their loan mod plans and had homeq not accept the terms and follow through with the foreclosure.

I filed bankruptcy to get rid of the home... I still have it
I went through a Bankruptcy 1.5 Yrs ago. The home was included in it. Our Lawyer said that the home would be taken by the bank right away, and we would not have to worry about it. We are now receiving a foreclosure from the bank.

I am trying to get a Short Sale appoved with little luck with Home Eq
My realtor has this property in the "Short Sale" department at HomEQ with one offer on the house and two backup offers. I received the notice of default on 3/22/2008 with property to sale 04/09/2008.

How long do I have to get out of the house in Florida?
When does foreclosure finish? Does the court send me a letter to leave the house, and how long is it in Florida for foreclosure to finish and all process?

My income is up and down seasonally, HomEq does not care
I am a micro business owner. I've had no real business since before Christmas. I recently graduated tech school as a Nail Technician and am seeking additional employment as such.

What else can I do, I have squeezed everything I can to make the payments
The house appraised as the house with 5 acres, not the whole 13+ acres. We spent aprox $25,000 on fence, hot tub, barn maintenance and pool. I believe it would appraise for more.

Does HOMEQ have the abilty to help us avoid foreclosure?
While we haven't made an on-time payment since July, we have yet to go 30-days late on any payment. On the last day of each month, we're making the mortgage payment, along with late fees. We'd love to have the payment amount folded into our outstanding balance, thus making us current.

I was a victim in a lending scam
I fell behind in my payments due to a refinance scam. I also was caring for 2 elderly aunts, both of whom passed away this year. I paid for their funerals and have been attempting catch up ever since. I'd like to modify my loan to keep my house.

Bankruptcy did not stop my foreclosure
I filed chapter 13 to save off a sheriffs sale, have since missed 3 payments according to the mortgage company sent payments to wrong address and they have since been returned.
