I am working now, need loan modification
I got laid off and just returned back to work. I have 3 kids and just barley making it. I really do not want to lose my home. I have applied for a loan modification with Homecomings but I have not heard from them.

I have tried to work something out with Homcomings but can't get it done
We tried and tried to get Homecomings to work with us when our rate was to go up. They sent me a letter saying that I didn't seem to have a problem making the payment of 1708.00 a month, so they would not work with us. We had to file bankruptcy because they would help us out.

I received one Loan modification from Homecomings, does that mean I can't get another one?
Just trying to work out a deal since it was told to me originally that they only give one modification a year. I did not know when the mod.

We need to sell fast to avoid foreclosure with Homecomings, does anyone have any suggestions?
We have been trying to sell our house for a year now, with no luck. We owe more on it than what the houses in our area are selling for. We need to be out of this house by the end of July, relocating to Florida. What can we do to save our credit from a foreclosure?

2 months late with Homecomings, when will they foreclose?
JUST BECAME 2-MONTHS LATE,HAD A HARDSHIP IN LATE LAST YEAR AND PAYMENTS WERE LATE AND THEY TALKED ABOUT FORECLOSURE, BUT I BORROWED FROM MY 401K AND BROUGHT UP TO DATE.

I owe more than my house worth... can that be right
I owe more than my house worth. I am behind on my mortgage payments, I already sent a hardship letter to my lender and some income statements and expenses.My house is currently listed in the market in lower value ( short sale). Almost two months now. We decided to do Deed-in.Lieu".

I can't afford the repayment plan they set up fpr me
We have tried so very hard to do the repayment plans with Homecomings. There's a problem with that though. Every time we do the repayment plan with them they raise the amount every time making it even harder. We can afford 900 or a little more a month.

Do I have the right to demand a loan modification form Homecomings?
I have discussed this loan with homecomings financial for the past 6 months. They have not done anything to help us out. I have always been current with my payment and even with the increases of the ARM. Are payment has gone up to 1,000.00 more a month.

Should I dump this thing... or tough it out?
I want to do a deed-in-lieu, I'm current in my payments, but I'm upside down in my loan so thats why a don't wish to keep the house.
