We arew trying to reduce our expenses but our Credit Card debt is killing us
Put a 10% down payment down on our home in Hawaii with the intent by NASB to take a lien on our NV property of $20K or another 10% to make the deposit of 20%. The NV home sold in October for $190K and when the title contacted NASB they were told the amount owed to them from the NV property was $67.

This house has to go... we just don't want a foreclosure on our records
The house has been for sale for a year and a half, the ARM recently adjusted up $300.00, my wife and I are getting a divorce and neither one of us can afford the house alone and we do we want to remain in the house!
The foreclosure door is being slammed in our faces
We filed a chapter 13 in 12/02.discharged 8/06,. We need to reply as per letter we received 11/30/07 within 35 days of that date. .Every door has been slammed in our face so far. Please help us keep our home. Thank you
