Predatory loan through GMAC
I would like to do a Foreclosure Loan Modification Plan with this loan because I can afford my payments, however I fell behind because I had a hardship within my transportation business, and we stopped working due to a wreck, but we have been working consistently.

Is a deed in lieu possible with Bank of America?
I owe $180K and house is worth around $100-$125K. Have not listed house. Have not missed payments. Not in financial hardship. Interested in deed in lieu with Bank of America. Is a deed in lieu possible with Bank of America?

Loan Modification with Everhome?
My husband and I ran into a few hardships last year and got really behind on our mortgage. We had a foreclosure sale date in February, but were able to workout an 18 month forbearance repayment plan in which we paid 3000 down and our payment still increased by 400 a month.

this is MY home!
I do NOT want to file bankruptcy. I am working with a councelor @ HSBC Beneficial. However...my payment for my original loan was $1396...on hardship it was reduced to $853.50 with a temporary loan modification...I lost my job after 33 years of service...
