Loan Modification with America's Servicing Company
No matter how much paperwork I have submitted I cannot seem to get to a loan modification with America's Servicing Company (this has been going on since early 2009). I have had to consider filing for bankruptcy to prevent the foreclosure sale and am at my wits end.

Help with Loan Modification
I have entered the Loan Modification program of HAMP Program with Bank of America on 07/10/2010. On November 21st they decided I don't qualify because I don't have enough income. And of course I didn't have because i gave birth to my baby boy on June 15, 2010.

HAMP loan modification
I have been working with America's Servicing Company since 2009, I have been hassled and lied to. I was in the HAMP program and because they lost a paper which they then found they tossed me out of the program that I had paid into for 5 months and wouldn't allow me to make any payments.
How can I get the Obama Plan (HAMP Program)?
Our lender was Saxon. We tried to get on the Obama program with them made our payments on time, 6-7 months later they went up on our mtg from 1500 to 2700. then sold the loan to Ocwen who told us don't call us, we'll call you; we are working on your loan modification. This was 3 months ago.

HAMP put me in foreclosure
I applied for a Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) with GMAC in July and made trial loan modification reduced payments to them because I had lost my job.
Saxon stole my payment
I have had problems with the mortgage since it was transferred to Saxon in Jan 2010. The mortgage was previously on a repayment plan with American Home Mortgage and supposed to be completed with this plan in Jun 2010. Saxon stated they had no information regarding the repayment plan.

I need the HAMP Program
I know for a fact after research I am eligible for the HAMP program but been denied twice because only 7 out of 100 are approved and the company I hired went out of business and HomeEq didn't do their part.
Denied by EMC
I currently have an 80/20 loan. EMC has the 80% and Specialized Loan Services has the 20%. According to EMC my mortgage has been behind from my original payment 23 months. However, my last payment from when my loan modification paper work was submitted was 01/2010.

Suntrust is no help to stop foreclosure
In June of 2009 my then husband moved out. He was dealing with addictions that he could not maintain and I had been hurt enough to last a lifetime. At that point we were both still contributing to the marital property. That didn’t last very long; only until fall.
