GMAC
July 28, 2010
I've been trying for four months to get this worked out, but GMAC just keeps putting me off. It's getting frustrating. All I want is to keep my house because I have 3 kids to take care of and don't know what I will do if I don't have a place to live.

I went through a separation where my bank acct was cleared. I have spent the past year trying to get caught up--I am at a point where I can try but GMAC refuses to contact me. Please help me get a loan modification so I don't lose my home to foreclosure.

Have submitted a workout package to GMAC already. They have informed me that since the package was submitted with every document they required, that they are planning to proceed with setting a foreclosure sale date. I have contacted their attorney's office.

I have a loan with GMAC. I went with a loan modification company called savemyhomeusa. I was informed by them to not pay any money to the lender that would mess up the process. I found out after they received my money they then closed their doors. I can not get anyone at GMAC to work with me.

I have a loan modification that is waiting for approval. The foreclosure attorneys have pressed the issue. I made a payment about a month before they decided to foreclose. It seems they accelerated this procedure almost automatically as soon as I was awarded a steady job.

I actually work out something with my mortgage company and they gave me a temporary loan modification from 1264.00 to 833.00. This was working until I had a death in my family and I had to use my mortgage to get to the funereal location.

I have recently been on a forbearance plan with GMAC. It ended and I sent all my documentation in to them (I have the dates and times its was faxed)15 day before the forbearance ended. I was applying for a loan modification. I have called them several times to ask what the next step is.

We are in foreclosure. I just received notice. We can now make payments but the past due amount is impossible to come up with. My husband is very ill and will not recover. It is only a matter of time before he will be in a rest home. Can we save our home? I need a forbearance with GMAC.

We recently received a letter from GMAC that is going to sell our home in a auction. We have been trying to do a loan modification through GMAC with no results at all. We would really like to keep our home but we need help.

I received an auction date and notice. Can I still get help?
