GMAC won't give Partial Claim
I have sent all required paper work to GMAC & received a letter stating I was denied because "We service your loan on behalf of an investor or group of investors that have not given us authority to modify your loan under the program requested.

GMAC refused my loan modification without giving a reason
I tried working with GMAC at first, asking for the principal reduction of the mortgage balance(Like most people, I’m up side down in property value approx. $106.000). I also asked for a mortgage loan modification; again, nothing happened.

Loan Modification with ARM
I have been given a dollar amount to reinstate this mortgage which is roughly $9515.00 or I have the amount of $13,400.00 if I reinstate the mortgage one month later. Ideally, my goal would be to bring this loan current through a loan modification and have the loan's current high interest rate of 8.

HAMP put me in foreclosure
I applied for a Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) with GMAC in July and made trial loan modification reduced payments to them because I had lost my job.

GMAC isn't helping
Death of Husband caused me to be extremely late, and payment was at one time 450.00.. now with late charges taxes. they had raised to 1400.00 my financial situation has changed and can make about 800.

Predatory loan through GMAC
I would like to do a Foreclosure Loan Modification Plan with this loan because I can afford my payments, however I fell behind because I had a hardship within my transportation business, and we stopped working due to a wreck, but we have been working consistently.

Forbearance with GMAC
I live in southern California and own a home in Pennsylvania. The home in PA past due is about $14,000. I got divorced in about 2005. The home in question was not part of the divorce settlement in any way. My ex-husband continued to pay the mortgage payments and his father lived in the home.

Partial Claim with GMAC
My husband left and it is just my 2 year old son and myself in the house. I can afford the payments with the child support my husband provides. GMAC has worked out a deal with me where I have to pay all the money I owe in late payments over the next year. That increases my mortgage by over $600.
