Started out with Countrywide Mortgage. Worked with them on a loan modification plan. Didn't hear from them in 3 months, then received a letter from Bank of America stating we were to start paying them.
Here is our situation. We tried to do a loan modification with Wells Fargo and when they did the modification it was for a payment that was more then we could afford. We have been in out home over ten years now and really don't want to lose it.

I just want to stop the foreclosure and put the house up for sale myself. I am willing to make the payments until the house sells by short sale. I will provide HSBC the information as soon as I can get the house on the market.

I am way behind on my mortgage with Wells Fargo. I have a foreclosure sale date of 1 June 2010. The only thing my mortgage company will agree to is a forbearance where I pay them $5,450.00 now and an additional $950.

I have been working with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for over 1 year. They are not working with us. We were set up on a trial repayment plan. I was told after the 3 months they would work with us to lower the payment. I received a letter for a foreclosure auction date in two months.

I entered into a trial loan modification last year and fulfilled all the required payments and provided all necessary financials. I was given a 2nd trial loan modification payment period and fulfilled that one as well, along with updated financials.

I have two weeks before the sheriffs sale to come up with the money but I will not have it until one month. I am hoping sooner but it is not in my hands. Can I delay the foreclosure date?

We were in foreclosure, so we moved out. Then Bank of America decided to hold off on the foreclosure and asked us to put it for sale. They told me that if it doesn't sell they would do a deed and lieu.

Please help with this matter, because I thought that filing chapt. 13 bankruptcy would help the situation, but it only made matters worse. This was the the first time that my mother purchased a home of her own, but she passed away before she got to really enjoy it.
