Does Bank of America give loan modification?
In the last year we have had many unexpected events that have caused us to get behind. We have tried to work things out with Bank of America but the more we pay the more they ask for and we never get current.

Help with Loan Modification
I have entered the Loan Modification program of HAMP Program with Bank of America on 07/10/2010. On November 21st they decided I don't qualify because I don't have enough income. And of course I didn't have because i gave birth to my baby boy on June 15, 2010.

Saxon stole my payment
I have had problems with the mortgage since it was transferred to Saxon in Jan 2010. The mortgage was previously on a repayment plan with American Home Mortgage and supposed to be completed with this plan in Jun 2010. Saxon stated they had no information regarding the repayment plan.

American Home Mortgage AHMSI is foreclosing on me
I had been working with American Home Mortgage, AHMSI for the last 6 months on a loan modification. I thought everything was going well until, I received a foreclosure notice on Friday. I am self employed in a grading business and it has been very slow.

Suntrust is no help to stop foreclosure
In June of 2009 my then husband moved out. He was dealing with addictions that he could not maintain and I had been hurt enough to last a lifetime. At that point we were both still contributing to the marital property. That didn’t last very long; only until fall.

I can afford a forbearance with Bank of America
We have tried numerous times to settle our mortgage situation with Bank of America. Till this date we are stuck wondering what is going to happen to our home. We have been on several phone interviews with them but still no forbearance.

In Trial Loan Modification now
The loan is under my spouse name but the title is under both of us. I have been working with the bank on a loan modification for several months but I got a notice of a sale date for foreclosure.

Loan Modification with Select Portfolio
We have been attempting to work out a modification plan with Select Portfolio and have been denied due for various reasons. We can afford our mortgage but since we are now over a year and a half behind they refuse to help.

Avoid foreclosure with Wells Fargo
Completed loan modification process with Wells Fargo after previous attempt where monthly amount was set too high. Wells Fargo re-evaluated my finances and provided a revised loan modification. At end of that time, paperwork was sent to me with a deadline for returning the paperwork.
