Will Freemont refi us at a lower rate, I need some time
I am currently paying $2050 a month. I received a letter for intent to foreclose. It says I have until May 15th to pay the past due which is $4099.55. My fiance lost his job and he won't have a unemployment check until may 16-17th.

What is a phone motion hearing for a foreclosure?
We have received a summons and have a phone motion hearing on Jan. 24 at 1:00 p.m. There is no court date set. We are working with a CCC and they have had no luck reaching Fremont but have left messages. Our income has drastically improved.

Does it make a differerecen on investment properties?
This is an investment property for which I have not been able to get consistent payment from the renters. Also I was laid of and will be unemployed as of 12/28/07
