I promised not to sue them but now they are foreclosing on me

Private lender usually is not good
Here is a note from a client:
Private lender. House is being listed for sale by an agent tomorrow. NOD not yet filed, but may be filed by the 14th. I have previously asked for a note modification but lender declined.

What is a short sale? Who needs one?
We are being contacted by record numbers of people who are no longer able to afford their mortgage. Maybe their "ARM" has gone up, or perhaps they have lost valuable income or maybe they have had a hardship. They simply can't afford the mortgage.

The Lord Gives and Takes Away...
It's been quite a week in our church family. In one day, a family received the shock that their baby was coming three weeks early. She arrived safe and sound and they're blessed to have this precious five-pound bundle of health in their home tonight.

Bailouts of the Foreclosures, will that fix the problem?
Is a bailout the answer??? For the short term then probably yes... for the long term, I am not sure this is anyway to correct the problem. It is too easy to throw money at a problem and hope it will go away. What we really need to look at is why so many people are in foreclosure.
