I have repeatedly tried to work with National City (now PNC), and they never responded to me but to send more paperwork to fill out. I kept filling paperwork out and would never hear back from them about their decision.

We have called and sent documentation to Saxon. We cannot get a straight answer about anything, including how much we owe to catch up our loan. We were put on a home loan modification trial and made all payments. We have the proof. Saxon sent us a letter saying we missed a payment.

Had a short sale cash offer of $180k six months ago. I signed with Realtor and got it submitted. Two months later, I was informed that my loan was in group of loans purchased by 17 private investors. They all had to individually review.

I have had a loss of a spouse, which caused a loss of income and funeral expenses and more. My daughter has now moved in with me to assist with the payments, but neither one of us has money for the arrears. One West is going to foreclose on me if I can't get a loan modification. Please help.
I have had a bad year with medical and loss of work. I'm a longhaul truckdriver and am paid by the mile, with not getting as many miles as before. I can't payback all they want at once to stop foreclosure. I need a loan modification with Bank of America.

I already received a legal document that Bank of America wants to foreclose on our home. I would like to keep our home but at this time my husband is laid off and I'm a stay at home mom. Is there anything I can do to stop the foreclosure so I can keep my home?

I am about $20k behind in my mortgage due to immigration and professional issues - which have been worked out. I talked to Beneficial in December, they were going to send me a new agreement (forbearance) to get my past debt paid off then I heard nothing from them.
