Saxon won't help with loan modification
We are 3 months behind due to a forbearance plan that we entered into with AMTrust Bank. They went out of business and Saxon took over our loan while we were still on the plan. We made one or two more half payments and then started paying our full amount.

Bank of America refused my partial claim
I have my mortgage with Bank of America. They are giving me unreasonable options to save my home; it seems like they actually WANT to foreclose my house. I feel I qualify for an FHA partial claim.
Suntrust is no help to stop foreclosure
In June of 2009 my then husband moved out. He was dealing with addictions that he could not maintain and I had been hurt enough to last a lifetime. At that point we were both still contributing to the marital property. That didn’t last very long; only until fall.

I need a Loan Modification with Saxon
The problem i am encountering with Saxon, my mortgage company, is that i got behind two month they decided to put me on a 3 month fixed trial loan modification to pay 715.00 a month for 3 month until Dec. 2009. I sent the payment of 715.00 on 2010 and they rejected the payment.

my husband had been ill and unable to work and I cannot find a job now. I had to quit my job to tube feed him and take care of him during his illness. we got behind last year and had to borrow more money to make up the payments as they won't accept anything except the total amount behind.

LOAN MODIFICATION WITH LITTON
I WAS IN A TRIAL LOAN MODIFICATION PLAN TO PAY A CERTAIN AMOUNT UNTIL THE MODIFICATION WORKED OUT THIS WAS ONGOING FOR LITTLE OVER A YEAR NOW. I MADE JULY'S TRIAL PAYMENT AND THEY RETURNED IT TO THE BANK. NOW THEY WANT TO FORECLOSE ON MY HOME.
PHH's law firm started foreclosure
We have a letter from a Law Group stating that the lender has asked the law firm to accelerate the debt and to foreclose its deed of trust loan. We had paperwork to ask for a hardship consideration with PHH when my husband had a serious back injury.

Avoid foreclosure with loan modification
We got behind because of an accident that I had and we just cannot get caught up with Chase. We want to keep our home. We built it and we don't want to lose it. We can make monthly payments if they were lower and we could get caught up. We need a loan modification with Chase to avoid foreclosure.
