Wells Fargo agreed on $5,000.00 about two months ago and now they want $7,134.00 attorneys fees included, and now they will not accept any money. I just needed time to come up with the money.

I am currently in the foreclosure phase. I have been trying to go through the loan modification process but Chase continues to tell me they need more information. This has been going on for months now.

I have been on the MHA program making trial payments on-time since April 2010. I was just informed via phone that I am denied due to two modifications in 2008 (within the same year). However, my original mortgage payment on my first was $3003.00.
We have been trying to get a modification with Chase and keep getting the run around we have had two forbearance plans and made every payment but somebody there isn't doing their job because now we have more paper work to fill out and its taking us 10 months to get something done.

We had a down time in our business last year and missed a lot of payments. We now can easily afford the payments with a forbearance plus a good faith payment if needed. The bank say's that the only thing they will do is reinstate. Is there any help with Chase?
We are 3 months behind due to a forbearance plan that we entered into with AMTrust Bank. They went out of business and Saxon took over our loan while we were still on the plan. We made one or two more half payments and then started paying our full amount.
i tried to modify with my own bank...i just wanted my payments on the back of my loan...i can afford them now, but they want to sell my home ...they say i don't qualify...Do I need a forbearance? HELP please? They would not allow me to make payments during the modify review process...

I have been trying to do a workout plan or forbearance through citi mortgage and even though I have confirmation pages where I sent them proof of income documents by fax (which they require) they are saying if they did receive them that they were unable to read them.

I applied for loan modification months ago. I was under 60 days late on my mortgage payment. I was having financial troubles so I applied for Loan Modification with Chase. I completed my trial payment for 3 months and my trial payment continued for another 6-7 months.

I HAVE MORTGAGE THROUGH CITI MORTGAGE. I HAVE TRIED TO TELL THEM WHEN I CAN PAY AND THEY WILL TELL ME GIVE THEM 15 DAYS TO DECIDE IF THEY WILL ACCEPT THAT. I AM 4 MONTHS BEHIND DUE TO DECREASE IN JOB SITUATION AND MEDICAL AND TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT TO THEM WITH NO RESULTS IN BETWEEN.
