How can I get current?
I have been trying to work with Citi Mortgage, but they are being difficult. They are aware my husband was out of work, but now we make more money and are ready to become current on the loan. Instead of helping with a forbearance or loan modification, they sent a letter threatening to foreclose.
Saxon was no help!
I talked with someone a month ago about a a loan modification or some other payment plan. This person said they could help me with the first mortgage, they said something about a forbearance plan that was supposed to start next month.

We need help with a Forbearance
The biggest problem is when the economy crashed last year, we were cut in hours which is when it became a struggle to get the payments in on time.
Who is Cenlar?
My loan was moved from Taylor Bean & Whitaker to Cenlar. I don't know anything about them. I sure hope they are better than TBW. I was trying to get a forbearance, loan modification, or some other repayment plan so I can avoid foreclosure. I don't want to do a bankruptcy and ruin my credit.

I need a forbearance ... help
I am asking for help w/ this forbearance agreement to be amended or for consideration for a lower payment. I am asking for the payment to be lowered or refinance this loan at a lower rate for the payment to go down.

I need help quickly, I can't afford the forbearance plan that I was approved for
If you have ever gotten behind on your mortgage it is frightening problem. We hear from a lot of people who are scared and call their Mortgage Company … they are willing to agree to anything to get them to agree to stop the foreclosure.

They put me on a forbearance plan... then sold my mortgage
Far too often loans are transferred between mortgage companies which leaves the homeowner with little options. It is your right to know who owns your mortgage and to know how to contact them.
