is the 3rd time a charm for them to foreclose
3rd time to threating with foreclosure. We were not able to move into the house as per our contract and they have refused to fix the fire alarms. I had a heart attack in March and was in the hospital at the start of April.

I need a realistic repayment plan set up with Litton
I desperately need help with working out a realistic re-payment plan. The one that was created for me last month does not allow for unexpected expenses. The payment increased by over $600 a month with a $3500 down payment. I have two small children and an elderly parent and need my home.

I need to sell both my homes to avoid being foreclosed
I am considering short selling my two properties. each property is financed by a different bank. bank of america and chase manhattan bank. i live in one and rent the other out. each has a mortgage of $639K. they are now each worth $485K. i am losing money with each monthly payment.

My neighborhood was too rough and I left... what now?
I'm no longer in my home in FL. I gave up, the neighborhood was to rough for me, and I didn't have any one I could count on to help with repairs, or upgrades.
How long do I have to get out of the house in Florida?
When does foreclosure finish? Does the court send me a letter to leave the house, and how long is it in Florida for foreclosure to finish and all process?

I can't sell, but I am being re-stationed
I am currently on active duty in the Navy stationed at Macdill AFB. I have been a homeowner since June 2006. I am currently under Permanent Change of Station orders to Little Creek, VA and will be detaching from my current assignment on 13 June 2008.
Is the life after Chapter 7 Bankruptcy?
I have filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy is July of 2007 prior to being behind in my mortgage. I would like to retain the house but cannot seem to get my mortgage company to work with me.

What to do now...
Our house was sold back to the bank at a sheriff's auction. We did not find out that this was scheduled to happen until a friend who attends these auctions told us it was scheduled. I then contacted the attorney who told me to contact the bank to postpone.

Can anyone help us avoid foreclosure
I found your website & was wondering if you could help us. We have been repeatedly turned down to refinance our adjustable rate mortgage which has gone up yet again. We filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy 2 years ago & we are sinking deeper. They are taking my husband’s entire paycheck.

Legal aid has not worked, does anyone have any suggestions here?
WE CAN NOT FIND ANY HELP WE TRIED LEGAL AID THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY CASE UNTIL MARCH 10TH 2008.I DONT WANT TO LOSE MY HOME I AM TRYING TO SAVE MY HOME.I AM ON SOCIAL SEC/ .AND MY WIFE WAS TAKING OFF THE LOAN FOR NO REASON. THEN WHEN THEY TOOK ME TO COURT THEY HAVE PUT MY WIFE BACK ON.
