Chase isn't helping with loan modification
My husband was laid off in August 2009 and again in May 2010. Applied for a forbearance agreement in Oct 2009, made three on-time payments. Was told by Chase not to make payments for three months afterwords. Applied for a loan modification in May 2010, was denied in Nov 2010 for insufficient income.

forbearance to avoid foreclosure
I have attempted to contact National City, now PNC, and the attorney's office several times to get reinstatement figures, the last time I received a response,they were getting figures and wouldn't get back to me. I never received a response.

Avoid foreclosure with Ocwen
We are currently trying to get a loan modification with Ocwen, but we received a hearing summons for a foreclosure. We would like to know how to avoid foreclosure, we want to keep the house and start making payments again under a loan modification plan.

Denied by EMC
I currently have an 80/20 loan. EMC has the 80% and Specialized Loan Services has the 20%. According to EMC my mortgage has been behind from my original payment 23 months. However, my last payment from when my loan modification paper work was submitted was 01/2010.

I need help with Chase
I need to save my home now. I need to know if I can get this done. Have had a very bad 18 months. My mother in law moved in and then past away 2 months later with no money saved for expenses. Her husband also lived with us and has been out of work for 18 months.

Short sale to avoid foreclosure
I am single and simply can not afford to keep my house anymore. I am behind on my payments of my first mortgage, and the rate will adjust in November of this year as my mortgage is a interest only loan at this time. Once the rate changes I will not be able to pay at all.

Chase Loan Modification raised my payment
I am a Chase Customer. Last year we asked for a loan modification due to an impending divorce. We were advised that since we weren't past due Chase could not do anything. We were advised to stop paying the mortgage and then they would help us. So we stopped paying and called directly after.

Can I get a forbearance with American Home Mortgage?
I'm trying to find out about Foreclosure in the state of Florida. American Home Mortgage says I'm five months behind but I am trying to pay the payments behind and they are saying they will refuse them because they want me to pay additional 3500.
