First Horizon has shot down every attempt to help me keep my home
I tried just about everything even to get help through an agency that works with First Horizon to keep my home from going into Foreclosure and it seems like everything has been shot down and they are still going to go through with the Foreclosure.

I am intemidated by the foreclosure and by First Horizon
I am behind on mortgage payments due to job loss 7/2/2007 and separation/ divorce with my wife no longer contributing towards home payment. I was only 2 months behind when I entered information for consideration for First Horizon's workout program on 10/1/2007.

My husband may serve jail time and I may lose my home to foreclosure
My husband is the mortgage holder, my sister co-signed on the loan. My husband is in jail, awaiting trial & possibly prison time. I've filed for divorce. My children & I live in the home.

Is there any other option other than paying the full amount to bring the loan current?
First Horizon has sent me a certified letter indicating that $4,400 is needed by the 20th of December to bring my loan up to date. They have refused to take any kind of payment until the whole amount is submitted via certified funds...
