COuntrywide put me on a paynment plan, I could not make the paynments
I tried to work out a payment plan with Countrywide, but wasn't able to make the May 15, 2008 payment of $1091. I am behind for the April and May 2008 payments, with late charges and fees, in the total amount of $1,693.93. My husband is on dialysis and he is on disability.
My boy friend and I bought a house... that was where I went wrong
my boy friend and I bought my house from my brother in 2004. when my boy friend left in November of 2007 I had to get my own mortgage I thought I could do it on my own with the money I was making at my job but I couldn't do it and I did not know what to do.

Countrywide said they can't help unless we are more than 30 days past due, now what because I am
I have received a notice of default from the county. I contacted the mortgage company a month before I missed my first payment telling them that I wasn't able to make my next payment and was basically told they were not able to do anything for me unless my account was more than 2 months past due.

Countrywide will not talk to me because they say I am not on the loan
I am not sure what is going on with my house. We bought this house on March 8 2007 though countrywide. I was to be the buyer and my mother in law my co signer, but the whole thing is messed up. I am now nothing and my mother in law is the buyer. I don't know what to do. I put up 8000.
It's the economy that has caused us go into foreclosure, is there any end in sight?
The reason I am looking for help now is I was laid off the end of 2007 due to the economy (I work in the new housing construction market, and everyone knows what has happened to that).
Nobody bought the house, what can I do
My Mort.called after the sheriff sale in Dec, stating nobody bought the house. They have it listed for sale. On the Dec call, they told me I have to be out 6-21-08.

Does no job = foreclosure with Countrywide?
I lost my job in December, but we have paid our mortgage without fail until 2 months ago. Countrywide has us in "default" status until 4/17. At that time, if we do not pay our past due amount by then, they will "begin foreclosure process".
Abusive marrige and foreclosure, when will this end?
In was in a very abusive marriage. MY Husband would leave for weeks at a time and not help with the mortgage. He is now in jail for abusing me. I was on a family medical leave from my job to take care of my daughter who has severe mental health issues.

Countrywide said there is nothing they can do, is that right?
With a bankruptcy in 2003, I have been desperately trying to improve my credit scores with the FICO presently at 715. The scores have recently been raised quite a bit with the help of a brokerage/mtg.

Can I divorce Countyywide?
I am getting divorced. We have had the house for sale for over a year and dropped the price 30k since we started. We can no longer drop the price or we wont even break even. Neither one of us can afford the house on our own. We dont know what else to do.
