Losing jobs sure does suck while trying to keep my home
I purchased my home toward the ending of November 2007 My first mortgage payment was due in January 2008 However I have not been able to make any payments due to my wife and I both loosing our jobs in 2007.

I don't have a job, why won't they help me?
I am unemployed at this time and should be employed again by June 08, I am in the early stages of foreclosure I had a sub prime loan that went from 6.5 to a 9.

Is there light at the end of the tunnel when dealing with foreclosure and Countrywide
I hope you can help us. My husband and I were sent into foreclosure when becoming delinquent 2 months. We didn't realize that the process had started until I couldn't make a payment on-line. I called Countrywide and was told the bad news.

A lien not found in the title search has my loan all messed up
The reason the mortgage is high is because the stated there were lien on the property about 3 years before purchase date. Title insurance co. said they was not responsible for it. So the mortgage went from 2036. monthly to 4500. help please

They will not respond to me to stop the foreclosure
In July I sent them a hardship package that they never processed, I just updated it for them...if they will process it. However with each call I make to them I get different information.
