Do we need to look at selling
We have equity in our home due to paying much of the price in cash when we bought it. Due to a job change, medical bills and the increase in the cost of gasoline, our monthly expenses are just about what we take home in each month. We have been behind on all bills, mortgages included.

Our in-ground pool has put us into foreclosure???
our problem is the late charges and the checks that bounced 3 or 4 times.And plus they tried to run a couple back through and bounced a second time.I didn't make a payment for Jan & Feb. Because I was scared that they would bounce.We took a $15,000 a year cut.thats what hurt us.Mr.

I would like a forebearance... what exactly is a forbearance?
I was unable to work due to illness, I try to do a forbearance, but had just started back to work and couldn't make the payment. Now the finance company won't work with me and say they are starting the foreclosure process.

How can I get a loan modification approved?
I was doing a short sell, due to AMC not letting me know about loan modification. Citi informed me on November 26. So I applied. They did not tell me I needed a down payment. I would like some information on the loan modification process.
