Another foreclosure company scammed me and took my money
I started a loan modification program with another agency. i believe i have been scammed out of 1,500. i am in a terrible panic now, i have been involved with them for over 3 months and not a thing has been done to resolve the matter. i am just getting farther behind and now have a sale date.

I found out we are being foreclosed on with no notification from Citi Mortgage
I am in trouble. I received a notice that my home is being Foreclosed on, and my husband has no idea that we are in this situation. I want to get back on track, but I can't afford the back amount that is due. If given some time, I think I can come up with it, but I don't have it right now.
I thought the bankruptcy was going to help me avoid foreclosure????
I filed Bankruptcy in April, My mortgage was placed in the bankruptcy department at Citi Mortgage. I receive a letter stating that they will file motion through the court to be release on Tuesday Feb. 10th to file foreclosure. I am now behind in my my mortgage four months. Today I sent 1400.
The home that is being foreclosed my daughter lives in... this sucks
My husband and I own the home, but our daughter and her husband are renting to own ~ but they have fallen into hard times and have not been able to make the payments ~ therefore, the house has gone into foreclosure and now is in Sheriff's sale.

I have been paying ontime for quite a while... I guess that does not matter to Citi???
In October my loan changed to an ARM. I verbally expressed the hardship to CITI and they told me they would not do a modification because I have been paying on time so long but I could still apply. I did and they declined.

Losing jobs sure does suck while trying to keep my home
I purchased my home toward the ending of November 2007 My first mortgage payment was due in January 2008 However I have not been able to make any payments due to my wife and I both loosing our jobs in 2007.

I am looking into the options of a Deed-in-Lieu, should I be?
I bought this house with my wife in September 2005. In December of 2005 we decided to get a divorce and the divorce was finalized in April 2006. If January 2006 we put our house up for sale by owner. With no luck with For Sale By Owner, we signed with a real estate agent in March 2006.

My eight kids are too much for me to afford the home, it's either them or the house
My problem is not unique. Since we purchase this house, we refinanced into one ARM to get out of another because it was set to adjust. Always on the hope that our credit would improve enough for us to get a standard 30 year fixed at a good rate.

I was not notified of the Sale Date, can Citi Mortgage do that?
We were not notified of a date of sale. WE found out because someone came to our house. We had excellant credit and things got behind we we got separated and then I got breast cancer again and am having to make numerous trips out of town and that contributed to falling behind.

We can't allow them to foreclosue... we will lose our equity
We currently have close to 130k equity in the home. We are three months behind on payment and contemplating bankruptcy. We have a renter in the home that will be purchasing within 60-90 days.
