Stop Foreclosure with Chase
I am currently in the foreclosure phase. I have been trying to go through the loan modification process but Chase continues to tell me they need more information. This has been going on for months now.

Chase won't help with loan modification
I am currently two months behind on my mortgage payment through Chase. The bank refuses to refinance or do loan modification to help us out. This has been an issue for us for quite some time. Chase will defer payments, but it does not seem to help.

Chase put me in this trouble
I applied for loan modification months ago. I was under 60 days late on my mortgage payment. I was having financial troubles so I applied for Loan Modification with Chase. I completed my trial payment for 3 months and my trial payment continued for another 6-7 months.

I need help with Chase
I need to save my home now. I need to know if I can get this done. Have had a very bad 18 months. My mother in law moved in and then past away 2 months later with no money saved for expenses. Her husband also lived with us and has been out of work for 18 months.

Is forbearance the best option with Chase?
I sent in loan modification paperwork several times since April 2009 and paperwork kept becoming outdated before it would be evaluated. Finally in Jan 2010 I was put on a suspended payment forbearance and was told that $8107 was due on June 1 2010.

Which is better, forbearance or loan modification?
i have received a forbearance agreement this week and i am not sure what exactly that means. I have called Chase and their representatives have no clue it seems to me either.

Loan Modification with Chase
We don't want to lose our home, work has been slow and my health and child have been having medical problems and things just seem to keep getting worse instead of better. We can't afford our payment now and need a loan modification with Chase.

Chase Loan Modification raised my payment
I am a Chase Customer. Last year we asked for a loan modification due to an impending divorce. We were advised that since we weren't past due Chase could not do anything. We were advised to stop paying the mortgage and then they would help us. So we stopped paying and called directly after.

Loan Modification with Chase
Have a foreclosure date coming up. I have made and completed TWO 3 month repayment plans with Chase but now they insist they can not give me a loan modification because of a credit card lien on the house for $3500.
