Can a short Sale be done in 30 days
Our property is in Georgia, my husband transferred with job Jan 07 while I stayed in Georgia with house on market.We had our house on the market for 11 months before we found a renter who made 4 payments to us and none since January.

We separated but the mortgage did not
Mortgage was shared between me and my spouse and we separated. I was not able to keep up with payments on my own at first and the payments racked up. The agreement made with the bank was just to high to keep up with.

I fell for the Nigerian check fraud, now I am facing foreclosure
My situation started seven months ago. My family was victim to cashiers check fraud(Nigerian check fraud scam) for more than two thousand dollars. At the same time frame, our current tenants at the house we are having problems bounced three checks with us.

Has anyone been succesfull with a Deed-in-Lieu with Chase?
I am interested in doing a deed in lieu on my house. we have not lived in it since aug. of 2007. we had chase bank as mortgage holder but they recently sold our mortgage to another company. we could no longer afford the payments it was an adjustable rate loan and kept going up.

I can Tattoo foreclosure on your butt!
My payments started out in 2005 @ approx. $450.00 per month.I went thru a divorce,i got behind on payments.I worked out a loan modification @ $612.62 per month.I'm diabetic,I work as a tattoo/fine arts artist.Clients include "DOG/BOUNTY HUNTER". I was becoming more and more ill.

Chase will not communicate with me in writing
House is in CO, Chase has refused all attempts at contact unless on phone, which i will not do. Every thing i do with them has been in writing after a lesson learned. House is under a sale contract finally but chase is not cooperating.

I got married, bought a house... now what?
I got married after I bought the house. I'm not sure, but I think I have Rural Housing loan. I'm trying to negotiate with the lender to repay it. I have $1500 dollars to start...but their repayment amount each month is too much. I don't know what to do.

Should I file bankruptcy to stop the foreclosure?
I would really like some kind of advice on what to do i'm about to lose my home and I have been every where and have talked to lot's of people but no one can help cause it is to late if I can file bankruptcy and save my home please help me cause I really need the help as much as I can get it.

Foreclosure has started, is there anything that can be done with Chase now?
Unfortunately we got behind on our payments about a year ago and have been playing catch up ever since. My husband's pay was cut substantially. He is the home construction sales and the business had been very slow.

Chase escrowed my taxes because I did not pay them, can they do this?
I have been a Chase customer for 4 years, a never had a late payment. In Jan 07, my divorced finalized. I kept the house and was able to make my mortgage payment and second loan payment. In June 07, Chase forced escrow on my late property taxes, stating they made payment and instilled an escrow.
