What is a PRe-Mod plan and will it stop foreclosure
I was in a pre-mod plan with Fremont Investments. I completed the 4 month plan as agreed (I just made my last payment of the plan) and just received a letter stating my loan has been transferred to Carrington effective 4/1/08.

Can Carrington do a rate freeze
We don't want to lose our home we was having so problem paying the two on the due date the first of the month due to raising cost of light bill over 300.00 a month, but we was paying them both before the 16 of the month. now that it have went up to 742.58 it going to be even harder to do .

I am desperate to keep my home for my child

My house was under contract, the buyer backed out... now I am in foreclosure
I was in contract to sell and the buyer wanted a vacant house and i removed all tenants. Then he ask for 2 extensions and then dropped out of the contract. I lost my job 2 months before. I recently occupied my house back receiving $3500. 00 a month for rental income, but i am 2 months behind.
We need to freeze our rate and get out of foreclosure
Our rate will be increasing in March, the payments will go up to 3600. We also have a second mortgage that of 837.50. Our loan has been sold from Homecomings to Carrington Financial. We would like assistance on how we can get assistance on freezing our rate.
Once I got behind pn my payments it became impossible to get refinanced
I need to refinance to included the attached acreage that is goes to our property we also have an arm and would like to change to a fixed we should have plenty of equity as we put down 20 percent when we bought our house but i am currently behind by one month.

Partial payment vs. full payments, what's the differrence... they should take it
I currently trying to sell my truck to bring the loan current. I can make a partial payment on 12/28/2007 and a full payment on 1/14/2008. Once my truck sells I can bring the loan current. I have spoken to the lender and they are look for a full payment by 12/28/2007 and two payment in January 2008.

Great news... my home has already been foreclosed, what now?
My home have already been foreclosed on. I can redeem it. I have money to bring to the table. My daughter have been dealing with mental illness for over a year. She is now in a controlled home, placed by DHR. I am now able to make my payments.

Can you reduce my payment?
