Need help with the Obama Plan
I am in the process of a loan modification and Wells Fargo is requesting 4000.00 after I received their package. They are not sure if they can give me one month to pay it. I was under the impression that President Obama created a plan where people can keep their homes.

My mortgage company won't help me
We purchased a townhouse in 2003. Our daughter was born in 2005, which made us soon realize we needed a house, not a townhome. In 2006, we purchased a house, which we remodeled. We intended to move in to the house and sell the townhouse only to be hit with a bad market.

Will this Obama plan really help help anyone?
I am so very sick of ASC. I have completed the hardship paperwork 3 times! They sit on the paperwork until it is 60 day's old and then when I call they say they need it again. Of course nothing has changed; I am still in the same situation.

I lost my husband and soon it will be my home also
My husband passed away 7/23/07 and I only had a part time job. I made the payment on time for over a year but it was a struggle. I called Countrywide to see if they could modify my loan. They told me they would send me an offer by mail in @ 30 days and to not send in the payment.

I think my house was already foreclosed on, ASC said we abandoned it but we are right here
Nov. 08' I was in contact with the mortgage company and we agreed to do the Loan Modification thru them. They sent a package to me I filled it out along with the hardship letter.

This is long but it is my foreclosure story...
Hi, our situation is unique in that we are in a mobile home that we bought in 2006 at 305,000 with a rented space rent of 340.00 a month ( with other adds each month the space rent is @ 750.

3's Comnpany and in Foreclosure
My wife and I along with my brother bought our primary home for $405k at a 30year fixed. We are currently paying $3519 per month and At the time we bought the home,we were told that we could refinance after a year.

Countrywide will not approve a Partial Claim, do they have to?
Countrywide has REFUSED to consider a partial claim...they have said I don't qualify for anything until recently, not they say I may qualify for a special forbearance, except I cannot meet those terms. They say they don't have to tell me why I don't "qualify" for the partial claim.
Countrywide will not accept a Deed-in-lieu of foreclosure because our house is rented
I have had numerous phone calls with Countrywide during 2008 to restructure the loan...they would not do it because we were current.
We have lost 50% of the value of our home, why should I keep paying Chase for it?
We bought our home in 06 for $400K (100% financing). Our home is now valued at under $200K. My husband has a new job and we have to move. We cannot sell our home for what our mortgage is for.
