Ned forbearance with Bank of America
We own a business and have had a rough year. We have two business loans lined up and plenty of work to save the business but fear it is too late to save our home. Is there anything we can do quickly? They will be selling it at the courthouse steps in three weeks.

I am in foreclosure with BAC
My mortgage is in my name only. However, my husband is the one who works. He has been laid off for 6 mths. (My husband has filed for unemployment years ago, before we were married.
Bank of America denied our Loan Modification
My husband's hours were cut at work. Every time Bank of America asked for income verification was a week he worked decent hours so when they tried to do a loan modification for us we were denied due to a surplus after expenses.

I can't do this alone.
Bank of America told us we were in a Modification gave us the negotiator's name and when they expected it to close. We received a letter from Bank of America's Attorney stating a sale date. Bank of America postponed the sale.
Temporary Lapse of Employment
Temporary lapse of employment caused me to fall behind in my mortgage payment. I am a schoolteacher. There was a hiring freeze this past summer 2009. I am now working regularly again in addition to other part time and per diem employment. When school restarted, my employment restarted.

What can be done to avoid foreclosure?
I have an adjustable rate mortgage that Bank of America refuses to modify to a fixed rate. Currently I can afford payments but when interest rates rise we will be priced out of our home. Seeking advisement on what can be done to avoid foreclosure.

I want to avoid foreclosure
We are in foreclosure - we were just turned down for a loan modification. We have talked to credit counselors twice.
I haven't heard from Bank of America
I have not received any communication from Bank of America in several weeks. I am scared they will take my home. I don't know what to do. Help!!
High risk pregnancy and can't work
My husband is the only one working and i got laid off after having our baby. I didn't even get to go back to work and now i am pregnant again and can't work because i am high risk. We are behind and we would love to save our home we just need a little help.

How do I respond to my 20 day letter?
I have just been served a summons that I have to respond to within 20 days with a written answer. I don't know what I am suppose to do. I would like to stay in the house longer, but I simply cannot afford the payments. Bank of America is not helping me avoid foreclosure. I need a loan modification.
