I have attempted to contact National City, now PNC, and the attorney's office several times to get reinstatement figures, the last time I received a response,they were getting figures and wouldn't get back to me. I never received a response.

We are currently trying to get a loan modification with Ocwen, but we received a hearing summons for a foreclosure. We would like to know how to avoid foreclosure, we want to keep the house and start making payments again under a loan modification plan.

Citi Mortgage won't help avoid foreclosure
I have been trying to do a workout plan or forbearance through citi mortgage and even though I have confirmation pages where I sent them proof of income documents by fax (which they require) they are saying if they did receive them that they were unable to read them.

Trial Loan Modification didn't result in permanent Loan Modification
Per Bank of America, we are currently 5 months behind in our mortgage, however, we have been asking for a loan modification for a year and they lowered our monthly payments during their trial loan modification review. This is why we are so behind.

short sale with Chase
We were trying to Short sale and they put us into foreclosure. How we found out about is we took the house off the market to try and save it and found out it was in active foreclosure and we were told there nothing we can do. It is too late to do a short sale to avoid foreclosure with Chase?

Avoid foreclosure with Wells Fargo
Completed loan modification process with Wells Fargo after previous attempt where monthly amount was set too high. Wells Fargo re-evaluated my finances and provided a revised loan modification. At end of that time, paperwork was sent to me with a deadline for returning the paperwork.

My home is already in foreclosure. They did not notify me until i called to pay what i was behind and then they told me it was in foreclosure. I called the number they gave me and it took three weeks to get someone to talk to me.

We got behind because of an accident that I had and we just cannot get caught up with Chase. We want to keep our home. We built it and we don't want to lose it. We can make monthly payments if they were lower and we could get caught up. We need a loan modification with Chase to avoid foreclosure.
