Aurora isn't being fair
WE have been having trouble with Aurora the past 3 yrs. We have had many losses so they put some of our payments in the rears wrote a hardship letter and all. Now that were back on our feet and making the mortgage payments.

Can I delay the foreclosure process?
I have the money coming to catch up my payments, I just need more time to get it out of a restricted account. It's taking longer to get than I thought, putting me further behind. Can I get a forbearance to delay the foreclosure process?

I have a 1st & 2nd mortgage on my home. The 2nd mortgage is up to date. The lender for the 1st mortgage placed us into foreclosure four months ago. We have attempted three time to get a loan modification from the lender.

What happens after we receive an NOD (Notice of Default)?
We got behind on our payments when they raised the rate, and my husband was in the hospital, then wasn't working as much. We are in a much better situation now, but since getting our NOD the mortgage company will not take any payments from us anymore, and I do not want to lose my home.

Willl a DEED IN LIEU OF FORECLOSURE save my credit... I fdon't think so
We purchased this home as an investment property with intent of friends parents doing a lease purchase...they ended up moving out of town, while also negatively cash flowing by $700+ a month...I have had two other tenants and still currently have one at $1000 a month.

I can't give away this studip thing
We need out of this loan, are willing to give back to bank, loan is for $157,500, are trying to sell it on a short sale now for $129,900. Sold in the past for $280,000, but now we can't get it sold at all.
