November 7, 2010 My mortgage was with CHASE Home Finance LLC. I love my home and planned on living here until the day that I die. I had made all of my payments on time and was not behind when I first applied for the making homes affordable program.

Aurora isn't being fair
WE have been having trouble with Aurora the past 3 yrs. We have had many losses so they put some of our payments in the rears wrote a hardship letter and all. Now that were back on our feet and making the mortgage payments.
Loan Modification with Wells Fargo
I have been working with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for over 1 year. They are not working with us. We were set up on a trial repayment plan. I was told after the 3 months they would work with us to lower the payment. I received a letter for a foreclosure auction date in two months.

Just received a letter that Wilshire is selling our house by foreclosure auction soon. I have sent 3 sets of financial documents to Wilshire to work out a payment plan, forbearance, or loan modification but they are not helping.

Need help keeping our home
We recently received a letter from GMAC that is going to sell our home in a auction. We have been trying to do a loan modification through GMAC with no results at all. We would really like to keep our home but we need help.
