I thought I was on a repayment plan, I find out now that I am being evicted.
Hello, I have a loan with ASC and I was in a repayment plan with them that was drawn up on Feb. 25th 2008.
ASC told me they were just a servicing company and that they could not help me
I have actually tried before my first payment was even late and advised the first mortg. company that it was really starting to be a problem to make the mortgage payments due to a new job that paid a lot less than what i was making when i first bought the house.

Should I look into a Deed-in-Lieu
We have had our house for sale for 1 year now and have had not activity at all on it. We were going to do a short sale with the mortgage lender, but maybe the DIL would suite us better. Insted of just lowering the price over and over

ASC will not take my payments anymore, why are they so difficult
I was paying on the 10th of every month via Western Union and ASC is now declining my payments and are foreclosing on my property. I have tried multiple lenders to refinance and have not had any luck. I am running out of time. I can't believe ASC can do this to a family

What can be negotiated with ASC?
America's Servicing Company is not willing to negotiate for a long term customer. They would prefer foreclosure. I was a first time buyer and honestly would NEVER have signed the papers for this loan knowing what I know now.

Is the third time in foreclosure the charm?
My house went on the Sheriff sale twice and each time it was pulled. I filed a Chap 13 and recently converted to Chap 7. I no longer want the property and want this property out of my name asap. I no longer reside in the property as of January 4, 2008.

ASC... I did not choose them nor do I want to keep them
I have a question and concern regarding the canceling of my mortgage escrow. I was told by America's Servicing Company escrow dept that I couldn’t cancel my escrow. I have been dealing with them for a month and a half. They are a shady company and found out that Wells Fargo Bank owns them.

I made a downpayment for a Loan Modification with ASC, then nothing
I was pre-approved for a loan modification plan and they advice us not to make payments until February of 2008, I have not heard anything and I paid my down payment in October, sent all the paper work as needed. I called in they advised me my loan modification is still in review.

I have a buyer on my house, I need some time from ASC to let it sell
I am the owner and real estate agent and have had the house on the market since July 2007. We moved to another city in August, about 2 1/2 hours away. After several viewings of the home we have received our first offer on 12/22. We were served about a week prior to the offer.

Self employent has added to our misery, we wnt to stop the foreclosure
we were self-employed at the time that all the problems came and business was very slow and just couldn't get a head. The diabetes and legs and arthritis started causing problems had to have knee surgery. Husband and I were self-employed together so it was our only income.
