Loan Modification with America's Servicing Company
No matter how much paperwork I have submitted I cannot seem to get to a loan modification with America's Servicing Company (this has been going on since early 2009). I have had to consider filing for bankruptcy to prevent the foreclosure sale and am at my wits end.

HAMP loan modification
I have been working with America's Servicing Company since 2009, I have been hassled and lied to. I was in the HAMP program and because they lost a paper which they then found they tossed me out of the program that I had paid into for 5 months and wouldn't allow me to make any payments.

Deed in lieu of foreclosure with America's Servicing Company
I have a temporary situation that has arisen. My credit cards are maxed out and I have had to make out a personal loan to pay doctor bills. My mortgage company miscalculated my escrow account and my payments went up from 1079 to 1261 after I negotiated to have it lowered from 1489.

HAMP Program with ASC
I have been working with America's Servicing Company on a loan modification for over a year. At first they said they did not work with the Obama plan. I said I still can't afford the mortgage. We started again because this time they said they do offer the Obama HAMP Program.

We need a forbearance with ASC
We have been working with America's Servicing Company ASC for over a year and they keep making false promises. We want to keep our home, probably can afford to keep it but got behind and now no one seems to be able to help us. I don't know what else we need to do. We need a forbearance with ASC.

Misunderstanding with America's Servicing Company (ASC)
We were put on a loan modification plan, and American Servicing Company and I had a misunderstanding in December and I had asked that they postpone a payment, they neglected to do so and taken the funds and it made my account in the negative 2 months in a row.

Does ASC give loan modification?
Six months after purchasing the home, the loan was sold to America's Servicing Company (ASC) from Fremont Bank. After the 3 year pre-payment penalty, we began contacting ASC in November of 2007 to review our mortgage and reduce the financing fee of 12%.

Can I get a forbearance with ASC?
I am interested in information concerning stopping the foreclosure of my home. I desperately need to avoid foreclosure. My bank is America's Servicing Company/Wells Fargo and I have been working through them.

Is there any help with ASC?
I have been trying to work with America's Servicing Company since October for a loan modification packet. I had to call 2 times and finally received it in Jan. The last person I spoke to had said nothing had 'escalated' and just send back packet.

Don't want Deficiency Judgment
My wife and I built our dream house in 2007, then my employer forced me to move in 2008. We tried renting and selling the house to no avail.
