Please help me with Bank of America

February 04, 2011

Bank of America has lied to me about loan modification then they tell me I need to reapply because cause they can't accept the form that they told me to down load off of their web site and complete and fax them back to them which I did. I have also sent them all the documents by federal express and I was told they couldn't accept those either now they said they need to send me a new packet to fill out but I wont get it for 7 to 15 days, but I told them I have a sale date next month, they don't care this has been one of the worst companies I have ever had dealings with. I am not a healthy person and this is really effecting my health even more. Please help my family.

I was told the exact same thing by Chase Mortgage co. They did me the same way that you were did and they foreclosed on my home on August 24, 2010. Know I am being evicted out of my home and now Sallie Mae is evicting me. Chase made up so many excuses about the paperwork being re-submitted and this was not right until one day I called to see if they recieved the paperwork that they advised me to repeatedly submit and by then they said that they had foreclosed on my home and that they had a sheriff sale that day. They rail roaded me just like they are doing you.

I had my court case moved to the 45B district court to a higher court. Regarding me getting evicted from my home. But Fannnie Mae, had my case remanded back to the 45B district court now I have to Appeal it and have it moved to a higher court. What are my options by doing this, They have set a court date to evict me June 06, 2011. I will file a appeal and supoena some documents from them with my signature. The original documents not copies. What should I do. The judge remanded it back to the original court because Fannie Mae said that I was only trying to Delay the case. But Chase Manhatten has sent me out another modification packet that I filled out for unemployed workers. But they skrewed me around and foreclosed on my home while I was going through the modification process. I need help right away time is running out for me. Please Help ME I am desperate.

I was lucky enough to find a reputable company with proven results to postpone my foreclosure sale. They even helped me negotiate with my lender to reduce my loan amount and get me affordable payments so I could keep my house.
I think these blogs are very important to help educate the american people on their options. The problem is that banks expect us to be ignorant on our rights, so I completely recommend this company to contact your lender on your behalf. They know what they are doing and get results for you. Even better, they don't charge expensive rates like everyone else.
For those that need help, I recommend these guys who helped me keep my home.
Good luck
