What does it take to get a loan modification with Chase?
I'm a single mom,I feel like such a failure, I vowed to my children that i would make sure we wouldn't ever have to move again and I'm totally disappointing them. I just got scammed out of some money and that just makes me feel even worse, so please if you can help me i would greatly appreciate it and thank you.
I've tried to work with my lender, Chase, but they keep being rude to me and tell me I have to pay all the behind payments or they are putting me and my kids out and we have no where to go i have tried to pay them one payment at a time but they will not accept it tell me they want it all or I have to get out. What does it take to get a loan modification with Chase? Please help.
