Bank of America told me to miss payments
When we were first late i tried contacting Bank of America. They are absolutely NO help. Our second mortgage is up to date. If we can stay in house, we can start making Payments on time. We tried 3 different community and state programs with NO luck. We met with BAC; they advised to get help we must miss payments. Now we are in foreclosure with no help. Our first year we even made extra payments. We welcome any advice or assistance in keeping our home with a loan modification or forbearance, please. Thank you for your time and consideration.
