Trial Loan Modification; then denied
I have successfully completed a trial loan modification and made all payments for six months, then I was denied the loan modification. I have since worked with free assistance, and they are too busy and can not get back to me in a timely fashion not to mention extremely unprofessional to work with. I have resubmitted some of the documents to begin a new modification but Wells Fargo is also too busy to respond in a timely fashion and I have to get my loan modified permanently so I don't have to file a bankruptcy. I have a 5/1 ARM that expires in eight months and I cant afford to have the interest only rate adjust to the 9.99% or what ever their interest cap is set at. My credit is going to be destroyed. I am self employed and I am a general building contractor. I have had to reinvent myself and now I work in construction management and accounting. I do not have a lot of money, please help. Thanks for your help in advance
