I need help with Wells Fargo
I have a notice of intent to foreclose. I am 13 payments behind on an FHA loan. Went through Moratorium? 3 month trial loan modification plan made 2 of the 3 payments late... Got the letter this weekend and called and Wells Fargo told me I never updated my income/expense reports at end of 3 months so I have been removed from the program and now owe 12+k to get current. They told me to call back to do another income/expense report to see what might be available now as far as help goes. I don't like dealing with them directly and am looking for help. I feel your pain. I am in the same situation. What I don't understand is why they put such a ridiculous program together. All me and my wife wanted to do is lower our interest rate. Now since being dropped from the program we are 4 months behind in our mortgage and in risk of foreclosure. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE VOTING FOR OBAMA EVER AGAIN!!! and hope Wells Fargo goes bankrupt and lays off all their employees so they to can feel our pain.
