Loan Modification with Select Portfolio

We have been attempting to work out a modification plan with Select Portfolio and have been denied due for various reasons. We can afford our mortgage but since we are now over a year and a half behind they refuse to help. We are this far behind because for over a year they have asked us to pay a reduced amount with promises of a loan modification. What am I supposed to do now?

I paid all my insurance to balboa insurance, we had a bad storm and in Wisconsin , the roof was damaged and they came to estimate the claim , I waited for ever to get answer from them , never sent me a letter of denial that nothing happened to my roof,then I brought in a certified roofer the damage was about 13 thousands because they waited my roof started leaking in the kitchen ,up until this moment no payment has been made to me to repay the roof , see what people go through.

I heard other lenders saying the same thing I am saying or what I am experiencing, all i get is trait and no answer to my modification, I really think the federal government has failed us, keeping things in limbo, wall street failed us too,Hey when do we get our own break, it hurts and many people are. Well God owns every thing . we own noting in this world. All I need is shelter over my head and if they take,they will pay back to God. when fair banks stole all my money from my loan charging me fake fees ,i prayed to God ,I did not fight them back, after all that stealing from me ,the paid back to the government, 40billion.thats right
