I was laid off but now I can afford my loan now

August 03, 2010

I was unemployed due to lay-off from October 2009 to February 2010 and simply want to catch up on my original loan. Bank of America doesn't seem to be too helpful and are quick to foreclose. I don't need a loan mod, just a repayment plan like a forbearance, but need to stop foreclosure immediately. It goes into foreclosure in 60 to 90 days. Thank You.
